Strict 100% Non-Refundable Policy
Once any booking or tour package is finalized and payment is made to Pritam Tours and Travels, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under all circumstances.Terms and Conditions
Totally Non-Refundable
Packages are confirmed based on irreversible vendor payments. No partial or full refund requests will be accepted regardless of notification date or reason.
Non-Transferable
Amounts paid cannot be transferred to other individuals, applied to future tour itineraries, or converted into travel credits or vouchers.
No-Show Clause
Failure to arrive at the designated flight gate, vehicle departure point, or accommodation on schedule is treated as a complete forfeiture without compensation.
Unused Inclusions
Missed or unused components—including hotel stays, sightseeing excursions, meals, or local transport—are non-claimable and non-reimbursable.
Force Majeure Events
Pritam Tours and Travels is not liable for disruptions, schedule shifts, or cancellations caused by weather, geopolitical unrest, visa rejections, or travel bans.
Customer Acceptance
Payment submission or confirmation slip receipt serves as legal acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance of this non-refundable policy.
